SEAMIE are committed to forming Collaborative Partnerships between London Metropolitan University and Vietnamese Universities and fostering relationships with other Institutions in Vietnam because:

  3. University Education is a preparation for Life in the Working World and in a Globalised Society International Collaboration provide Students with the ability to Learn in an International Capacity
  4. Collaboration and sharing Knowledge is essential for Academic and Scientific accomplishment
  5. Developing successful Collaborative University Partnerships takes a long time and requires a lot of effort and perseverance to forge strong connections
  6. Partnership Sustainability and Endurance means selecting which Universities to partner with carefully while confirming that Members of the Partnership have the same vision

SEAMIE will only identify and pursue those Universities that are able to endure the long term and can adapt and survive in changing circumstances. There is an African proverb that reads: When there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do you no harm – As SEAMIE has no doubts in their own mind of the importance of Collaborative Partnerships then no doubts from others will ever cloud their Judgement.

The South East Asia Management Institute of Economics and Education (SEAMIE) have developed a portfolio of Degree Programmes based on Education being the largest priority on the Vietnam Government’s Agenda and the main development trends in Knowledge and Skills that will contribute to the development of Vietnam’s economy.

The portfolio of Programmes offered by SEAMIE have been designed with reference to the UK Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) Subject Benchmark Statements and with the Learning outcomes that are consistent with the Level Descriptors of The Framework for Higher Education Qualifications in England

The Southeast Asia Management Institute of Economics and Education (SEAMIE) wholly own and occupy a stunning 6 floor building located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.

Situated in Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, the SEAMIE Campus is ideally positioned within a short distance from several Universities and the Commercial District of the City.

With the building’s combination of cosy rooms, terrace for relaxation and state-of-the-art facilities blended in traditional architecture, the SEAMIE Campus provides a unique and innovative place to attend Seminars, hold Meetings and engage in Research.

The SEAMIE Campus’s enhanced facilities starts with an inviting Reception in the Lobby, Offices for Staff and Researchers on the 1st floor, Offices for the Management Team on the 2nd floor, Meeting Rooms on the 3rd floor, Seminar Rooms on the 4th floor, Mini Library on the 5th Floor and the 6th floor divided into a Mini Restaurant and Entertainment Area.

Visitors to the SEAMIE Campus benefit from using Industry Standard Resources and Cutting Edge Technology; and welcoming, knowledgeable, professional staff are on hand to support and ensure an interactive experience.

The facilities at the SEAMIE Campus are complemented by the Library which stocks books, journals, e-resources and multimedia which can be accessed from the Library’s PCs together with social learning areas and study spaces to enable group discussion, quiet work and silent study.
