Aims of the Programme

The SEAMIE Master of Human Resource Management (HRM) provides the opportunity to study HRM theory and practice in depth. It is designed for:

  • Graduates from other Degree areas such who wish to convert to a career in HRM
  • Graduates from HRM that wish to study HRM at Postgraduate to obtain Professional recognition
  • Managers who have already gained knowledge or experience of HRM and who seek to further their careers as highly qualified Human Resource Managers

 In addition the Master of HRM aims to deliver Human Resource practice that will be vital in delivering sustainable organisational performance

The SEAMIE Master of HRM will develop the Indispensible Knowledge, Intellectual, Professional and Transferable Skills and Attributes that make Students more Employable through a  critical awareness of current problems, dealing with complex issues and developing creativity and originality in analysing and solving problems.
